Yesterday I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room to watch television and exercised(x2). After the nurse came to see me about a new Care plan which they have created to ensure that I don't hack into other computer systems. My carers have to check me every hour to see what I'm doing. I signed it and my nurse said my book about hacking will be destroyed ! I went to the dining room to have Mince beef and baked beans with ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:55. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse finished and a carer changed my urine bag. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, got dressed and got up. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:07. I went to the dining room for lunch and I had fried egg, chips and baked beans. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). At 13:50 I went downstairs to Ladywood's dining room for the residents meeting. I raised three points, about a number of meals containing mushrooms i.e. Chilli con Carne, domestics are unplugging my air fresher to vacuum and don't plug it back in, I asked for the minutes via email. The meeting finished with the date of the next meeting of 11/08/11. I went back to my room and had a cup of coffee. I phoned Bradford Bulls and ordered tickets for Castleford away and Warrington away. I asked for car parking but she said I must contact them direct. I phoned Leeds Rhinos about parking on 24/06/11 but the person is on holiday. The physio's assistant asked me if I wanted my left hand stretching under hot water. After I went to my room and told a carer that my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and my boxer shorts. I went to dining room to have tea. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream. The manager came to thank me for my positive contribution at the resident's meeting. I went to the computer room and finished watching BBC iPlayer.

My Life being Disabled 30/12/10
Yesterday I took paracetamols every 4 hours until 22:00. I went to the residents meeting where we discussed Mulligatawny soup and why it isn't available. One of the skills offered to get 20 tins every week. I said I wanted to go shopping and go to Nash's fish restaurant in Leeds. They said I could go to Leeds on the 10/01/11. The next meeting was on 17/02/11. After the meeting I sent an email to Nash's asking if there were any problems with wheelchair access ?
This morning I had my bladder wash but it was a different one the doctor changed it. After breakfast I went to the computer room where I read the reply from Nash's who told me their Fish restaurant is on the 2nd floor of a listed building and there isn't a lift. I also got a reply from PALS at Sheffield tellling me to forward my complaint to Yorkshire Ambulance Services. I forwarded and got an email telling me that they were dealing.

My Life being Disabled 29/12/10
Last night I went to bed at 18:00 because I had a headache. I took some paracetamols and watched the television. I couldn't get rid of it so at 22:00 I had some paracetamols. I couldn't go to sleep and I still had headache. At 02:30 I asked the nurse if I could have some more paracetamols which she gave me and told me to drink plenty of water. Between 02:30 and 04:00 I fell asleep but when the carer came to empty my night bag I woke up again. I fell back to sleep until 07:00. I felt like I had a cold because I was full of snot, my nose was running and I was getting mucus in my throat.
This afternoon there is a residents meeting at 14:00 which I want to discuss mulligatawny soup not available, I want to go to Leeds(Nash's Fish restaurant and shopping).

My Life being Disabled 25/03/08
I didn't go on my computer yesterday. Most of the day I read my library book and it was snowing. Today it is the residents meeting at 15:00. My physiotherapist ask me if I wanted a session because I did not have one yesterday it was Easter Monday. I said yes, she excercised my paralysed leg and my paralysed arm before the Residents Meeting. At the meeting we discussed where we could go to on holiday. I volunteered to look on the internet to find siutable hotels that are recommended for disabled people who use a hoist and a shower chair. One resident would like to go to London and I said would go as well. I also volunteered to look on the internet to find places to visit on day trips because our mini-bus is available every day now. The Life Skills Co-ordinator told us management intended employing two more Life Skills Co-ordinators.
When I looked at hotels for disabled people who use a hoist and use a shower chair. I couldn't find one in London but I easily found two in Blackpool.
