My Life being Disabled 02/04/12

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, put my feet up and watched television. At 21:05 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:50 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:24. I got reply from my email to Bradford Bulls telling me they are selling tickets to the match at Widnes on 09/04/12. I phoned ticket office and bought one. Widnes Vikings emailed to tell me I can't have a disabled parking space because "
To cut a long story short, unfortunately we cannot reserve a car parking space on match days due to limited usage by not only the club and its players, officials and sponsors, but also the staff of the Stobart Stadium Halton too.

As you are no doubt aware, the Vikings do not own the Stobart Stadium Halton which means we have to abide by certain rules, as tenants.
The rule in question I refer to, is the "first come, first served" facility offered by the Stadium bosses. Whilst I appreciate this isn't ideal, it genuinely is the ruling in place.

Should it be the case that all spaces have gone on a particular occasion, I'm led to believe there is an opportunity to drop-off any people at Main Reception where they can sit and wait for the driver of the vehicle whilst an alternative parking location is found.

An example of an alternative location is the Municipal Car Park situated on Caldwell Road which is only a five minute walk from the Stobart Stadium Halton and offers free parking as an added bonus.

I hope my answer offers further clarity on proceedings and I apologise again for not being able to facilitate your request with a simple "yes" or "no" reply and also if any inconvenience is caused.

I look forward to seeing you and your fellow Bulls fans here on the day.

For reference, the Vikings Ticket Hotline number is: 0151 420 7227.

Cheers!
Mark.

Subject: Tickets for Bradford match
I support Bradford Bulls and go regulary to away fixtures but because I'm a
Wheelchair user I like to purchase my ticket before I go. Bradford play at Widnes
on 6th April and I've contact your ticket office twice last week but I haven't
a ticket yet. Please can you tell me what to do as don't want to travel
without securing a wheelchair space, a seat for my assistant and parking
space for my Ford Transit adapted minibus.

I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised (x2). I sent an email to Stobart Stadium asking for a parking space next Monday. I logged off at 16:25.
