My Life being Disabled 30/11/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:15 and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer who changed mypad, boxer shorts and jogging trousers. I had to put shorts on because I didn't have any boxer shorts. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I can go to bed. My bowels had opened again.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:14. I did some of my vision2learn project about Barnsley Counciland their accessibilty. I went to my room at 11:30, exercised and watched the television. I had pasta bolognese for lunch after I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15, exercised(x2) and watched the television.The senior domestic asked me where I had found the waste care bin and I told her on the web. At 15:00 I went to Asda, bought three pairs of boxer shorts and two tubes of Pringles Sour Cream. I came home, asked a carer to get somebody to put 38 button on my boxer shorts and went to the computer room. I filled in questionnaire for Asda and logged off at 16:30.

My Life being Disabled 29/11/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could to bed.

This morning I woke up at 03:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse come in. She washed my bladder. A carer came and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and I got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:21. I sent an email to the manager telling her my choice of bin for the disabled toilet is a waste care bin from Hychem. I tried to find where my computer is with UPS but I couldn't find the reference. I finished a quiz in my vision2learn about Diversity in Barnsley council. I went my room at 11:50 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched televisionand exercised(x2). The physio came to ask me if I wanted to stretch myt right hand under hot water. After my computer came back from Toshiba and I unpacked it. A carer took it the computer room and checked it. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15.

My Life being Disabled 28/11/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 16:11 to watched my television. I had my own Chilli con Carne

for tea. I didn't have any ice cream but I was offered choc ices but refused. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 my bowels opened and I told a carer I would go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I checked on Toshiba's web site to see what my computer's doing today. It going to be returned by URL. I worked on my vision2learn project reading about Support Services and Networks. I wrote down all the rugby league matches that I want to in the skills book. I went to my room to watch television and put my weights on. I had Cumberland sausage, peas and chips for lunch. I went to the computer room to let my lunch settle. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise(x1). At 14:00 I thought my bowels had opened and I told a carer but when they lifted me up in the hoist they found my bowels hadn't opened. I had cup of coffee and watched the television until 16:10 when somebody from skills took me into the Therapy kitchen to cook one of my pizzas. We found out that the freezer had been turned off by another home about 1 month ago and skills had thrown my pizzas away. I went back to my room and asked the carers to warm up some Bolognese mince for my tea. The manager asked me to to see her about an email I'd sent about the Service User Guide that she is going review next month. I came away with 1 action point to investigate a siutable waste paper bin for the disabled toilet on Darbyshire. I had Bolognese mince beef and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room, found a suitable bin and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I had an omlette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:40 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse took my blood/suger levels it was 8.6. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:27. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:11.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:15 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 20:30 the nurse came to review my Care Plan. We agreed that I insert one about having Mulligatawny soup most days and she'll tell the kitchen. We agreed to stop taking Enemas. She'll rebrief the staff about knoncking on my door before entering and I need a new plan because I've got a new hoist. I asked her to give me a new copy. At 21:15 my bowels opened so I told a carer and said I will go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to give me a bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse told me there is a coffee afternoon in our dining room at 14:00. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:36. I went my room at 12:00 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup although I asked for Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and to my room at 13:00 where I cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and boxer shorts. At 14:00 I went to our dining room to the coffee afternoon organised by the senior nurse. I A caffetiere black coffee and a piece of chocolate cake. I went to my room and sorted out my drawer to my pedesral and went to the computer room. I was going to read my care plan with Social Services but it was dated 2008. I sent an email to the management at Dearnevale regarding the review of the service users guide seeking clarifcation of some points. I went to the dining room for tea at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. My bowels opened at 21:00 and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed. I told the nurse I didn't my Enema tomorrow morning and she told me she going to review my Care Plan tomorrow.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked him to cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I studied exercise 4 on my vision2learn project about intolerance. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x2). I reviewed my Care Plan and the chiropidist came to cut my toenails. The physio's assistant came to see if I wanted to stretch my right hand under hot water. After I watched the television and I had Broccoli flan, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:15.

My Life being Disabled 24/11/11

Yesterday I had a jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 06:30 when the nurse came to give me an Enema. I watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. Somebody from skills came to tell me I'm cooking a pizza on 28/11/11 at 16:00, I'm going to Cortonwood on 02/12/11 at 14:00 and I'm going to the CLP on 20/01/12. I went to the computer room and logged on at 11:00. I tried looking at data from the Census 2011 but it didn't on this computer. I looked the status of repair of my computer with Toshiba and it was still waiting a part(21/11). I went to my room at 12:00 to put leg weight on and to watched the television. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and I watched television. I exercised(x1) and my bowels opened. The carers told me my bowels were still open and the put me on the toilet for 30 minutes. I had a cup of coffee and I asked a carer to go with me to Asda. I bought 3 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of Ginger biscuits and a Xmas card for my wife. We came home and we unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and filled a questionnaire from Asda. I had bacon, fried egg, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and sent an email to Asda Customer Services about all the checkouts in their Grimethorpe store are on my right. I logged out at 17:30.
