Yesterday a carer shut my computer off because I felt funny and my blood pressure was high at 17:00. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth but my electric toothbrush was flat and I used my old toothbrush, shaved, showered and got dressed. I put my new Chinos and a new shirt because I was having my yearly NHS Funded Nursing Care Review with Sue Robson at 10:30. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I stayed in the dining room waiting for Sue Robson until 11:00 when the nurse told me that the meeting has been cancelled. I went t my room and logged on 11:45. I had Pasta Bake for lunch. I went to my room and watched television until 14:30 when I decided to go to Asda. I bought a packet of Ibuprofen, a bottle of Balsam, a bottle of shower get and 6 Indian snacks. I came home, unpacked shopping and told the carers that my bowels had opened. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 28/04/13
Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and finished watching 'American Pie Reunion'. At 18:30 I watched Salford beat Wakefield 34 - 30. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved. showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went my room and exercised x1. I logged on at 12:00 and went to the dining room at 12:25. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and watched Bluestone 42 on BBC Iplayer. At 15:00 I listened to Warrington beat Bradford 32 - 4. After I felt funny and I told the nurse who took my blood pressure which was high. I stayed my room, put my feet up and watched television. I got carer to log me off at 17:00.

My Life being Disabled 27/04/13
Yesterday I logged off at 16:20, I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched a movie on television. At 20:00 I watched Widnes lose to Wakefield 26 - 28. At 23:30 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carers I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. At 11:30 I exercised x1 and tried to get my DVD R/W working. I had Cornish Pastry, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and worked on my DVD R/W until 13:50. I went to the dining room because the senior nurse had organised a coffee afternoon. I had Ginger Cake with Coffee. At 15:00 I went to my room and started watching 'American Pie Reunion'. I had a big chunky soup from Aldi and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30 to finish watching 'American Pie Reunion'.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered in the communal shower which has been refitted and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:15. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and at 14:30 I decided to go to Asda because my eldest son was working. I bought 2 Onion Bajhas, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakoras, a box of thin, dark, mint chocolates, big bar of Aero and bottle of Asda Balsam. I came home, put my shopping away and logged off at 16:20.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag, tried my new Chinos on from M & S and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my rom and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and worked on my laptop until 15:30. Skills took me to PC World were I swapped my faulty DVD R/W external for a good one that worked on my laptop. I had Cumberland pie, mashed potatoes, mushy peas and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, got my DVD R/W external working and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11;30. I had Roast Chicken, mashed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots and Yorkshire pudding for lunch. I went to my room and watched an episode of Shameless. At 15:00 I was going to Asda but the physio's assistant ask me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. We went to their room and stayed for 20 minutes. I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda. I bought a Cumberland pie, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakoras, 2 Onion Bajhas, a big bar of Aero and a box of thin, mint chocolate mints. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carers I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and decided to out for some fresh air. I went to Asda where I bought a packet of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakoras and a box decongestion pills. I went through the park on way home. When I got home I had 2 Onion Bajhis and a cup of Coffee. At 16:25 I went to the dining room, had a jacket potato with Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, asked Skills if I could go watched London v Bradford on 12/05/13 and cleaned my teeth. Skills told me they were busy on 12/05/13 and I logged off 17:45.
