Yesterday I logged at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 22.00 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. After I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14;00 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 15:15 my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad. I had home made soup, ham sandwiches andice cream for tea. I went to myroom, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.
