Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and gotdressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. I had a Roast Chicken dinner for lunch. I went to my room and logged at 13:00. My bowels opened at 13:15 and I told the carers who changed my pad. At 14:00 I put my feet and watched TV. I had fillet of Salmon, new potatoes, processed peas and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room and logged off at 17:15.
