Yesterday I lgged off at 17:40, I put my feet up and watched television. At 00:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and called a carer to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag for a syphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Gammon, fried egg, chips, peas and mushrooms for lunch. I went to my room and logged on 13: 15 to change my passwords. At 14:00 I put my feet and watched television. At 16:00 I asked the carers to look at my pad. They changed it because it was wet. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
