Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my rom and logged on at 10:30. I had sausages, fried egg, chips and mushrooms for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had fillet of Salmon, new potatoes, garden peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, logged on and my bowels opened at 17@30. I told the carers who changed my pad and I logged off at 18:30.
