Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could getup. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and got a call from Michael Lewin solicitors about Noise while I was working at BT. I logged on at 11:00 and I logged off at 12:25 to go for lunch. I had sausages, fried egg and chips for my lunch. I went to my room, a carer told me my cooking was cancelled and I logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
