Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. My youngest son came shorrtly afterwards and he stayed until 14:00 when I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:45 a carer took me to Asda where I bought 2 cans of deodorant, 2 packets of Jakemans lozenges, a packet of blank DVDs, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 packets of chocolate biscuits, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 big bars of aero, 4 vegetable samosas, 4 onion bahjis and 4 vegetable pakodas. We came back and went to the dining room where I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
