Yesterday I went to my room at 17:35 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to give me my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:08. I went to my room at 11:45 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 becauswe it was sunny I decide to out. I went down the High Street and came back on Acorn Way. I turned at Cemetry Road and went in the Co-op. I didn't buy anything and came home. I went to my room to watch television. I had jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.
