Yesterday I went to my room,put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and ate my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:13. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatany soup for lunch. I went to nthe computer room and went my room at 13:15. My eldest phone to ask me to record Dewsbury v Leigh tonight. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). I went to Netto's but didn't buy anything. I went to the Post Office and bought a marker pen. I came home via Cemetry Road and went into the computer room.
