Yesterday I went to my room at 17:45 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Leeds Utd lose to Manchester Utd 0 - 3. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. She said they were using the hoist but somebody brought it to my room at 08:30. The carers came in at 08:40 and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:19. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and exercise. I had fish fingers, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:30.
