Yesterday I logged at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided to go to Asda to take my Xmas cards for recycling. I bought a bottle of Cough medicine. I came home and logged on at 11:30. I had my own Indian snacks for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched a movie. I had Chicken Vindaloo and Naan bread with ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.
