Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked them if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:45. I emailed Grimethorpe Surgery about my Retinal Scan and my urine bags. I had Fried Fish, Oven Chips and Mushy Peas for Lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. The next 2 hours I spent tidying my room and reading my book Paul O'Grady Still Standing which Dearnevale bought me at Xmas. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.
