Yesterday I logged out at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked them if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room to get to go to Cortenwood retail park. We went to Aldi, Asda, Boots, Matalan and Morrison's. We spent 4 hours there and got home 13:45. I had fried fish, chip and peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:30.
