Yesterday I logged off at 16:30, I went to the dining room and had pasta bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my legs up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. During the night one of the residents kept turning the sound of her's TV on full.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room ad logged on at 12:50. At 13:30 I put my feet up and watched television but at 14:30 the physio's assistant came for me to have exercises in my wheelchair. At 15:00 I put my legs up and watched television. I had pie, peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
