Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 20:30 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my phoned and phoned the desist to make sure my prescriptton was ready for toothpaste and mouthwash. She said it will be ready after 14:00. I told the nurse and he'll put in the diary. I logged on at 11:00. I had 2 fried eggs, chips and baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. at 14:00 I put my feet up and TV. At 14:30 the physio's assistant came to exercise my rigth arm for 10 minutes. At 16:00 I told my carers that my bowels had opened but they hadn't and logged off at 16:20.
