Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer can I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went into the dining room and had 2 sausages, a rasher of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans for breakfast. I went to my room at 11:00 and tidied it. I had Tomato soup for lunch and went to my room at 13:00. I logged on and work on my PC until 14:00. At 16:00 I put my feet down and logged on my PC. I had Creme of Mushfoom soup, sandwiches and ice creme for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.
