My Life being Disabled 06/07/11

Yesterday I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I went to my room, to watch the television and to exercise. I watched The Origin match between Queensland v New South Wales. At half time I went to the computer room and went to the dining at 12:30. I had Lasagne with peas for lunch. I went back to the computer room at 13:09. I went to my room, watched television and exercised(x2). I watched the second half and Queensland won New South Wales 34 - 24. My bowels had opened so I told a carer. They changed my pad and shorts but they had to throw away shirt !(Chilli last night). I went to the computer room at 15:30.
