Yesterday I had scrambled eggs, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:01. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup for lunch because there was no Mulligatawny soup. I went to my room to watch the television and to exercise(x3). The physio assistant asked if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. I went to there room and after I told a carer that my bowels had opened. The carers changed my pad, boxer shorts and shorts. At 16:00 I went to the computer room and logged out 16:30.
