Yesterday I had a sausage and tomato sandwich followed by ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:20 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:45. I went to my room at 11:00 to review my Care Plan, to watch the television and exercise. I had Tomato soup for lunch although I asked for Mulligatawny soup. I went to my room to watch the television and to exercise(x3). I went to Netto's, bought 2 packets of Pringles Originals and a bottle of mouthwash. I read my book and I came to the computer room. I sent an email to Netto's because they didn't have any Pringles Sour Cream and logged out 16:30.
