Yesterday morning the chripodist came he cut my finger nails, toe nails and he charged me £10. I had lunch at 12:30 and went to my room to watch the television, exercise(x2) and read my book. I had a jacket potato and beans followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:24. I went to my room, pout my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15, watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse gave the bladder wash at 08:45, I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, put back on to my bed, changed my siphon bag, got dressed and got up. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:30.
