Yesterday I had mushroom flan with a jacket potatoe and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse changed my siphon bag and I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered. I got dressed and I went to thew dining room. Somebody from skills told me I was cooking my Fray Bentos pie and my baked beans at 12:20. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room where logged on at 10:20.
