Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put Sky on BBC1, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I changed my television to Freeview and my bowels opened 22:20. I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:50 and watched Freeview until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room, logged in at 11:00 and worked on my assessment for 30 minutes. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:10 I went to Asda and bought a ready meal Pasta Bolognese, 4 AAA batteries and 6 AA batteries. I came home and to the computer room trying to find the cheapest new Sky+ box but they were always sold out. I had Pasta Bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:40
