This morning I woke up at 05:45 and watched television until 08:15. I told the carer I was ready to get up but he told me they were still handing over. At 08:35 they came to get me up, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I couldn't get up because the hoist being used. I got up at 10:00 and went to the dining room. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged on at 10:30.

My Life being Disabled 24/04/11
Yesterday the computer room morning I logged out of the computer room at 12:00. I went to room watched television and exercised(x1) At 12:30 I went to the dining room and had lunch. I went back to my room watched television, exercised(x2) and read my book. After tea I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
