Yesterday I logged out of the computer room at 12:30. I had my lunch and went to my room, watched television, exercised(x2), reviewed my Care plan and read my book. I had my tea and went back to my room, put my feet up and watch television. At 23:30 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00, watched television until 08:15 when I told the carers I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer and logged in at 09:45. I checked my email and I received one from Netto's telling that their stores should be changed over to Asda stores by the end of this year
